So im trying to shift some weight, im eating healthy and only when im hungry. i also do an hour of aerobics a day to keep me motivated in this weight loss. so ive been taking not of how many calories i eat and its always around a 1000. this doesn't seem too good but neither does the im bored lets eat method. is eating 1000 calories a day bad even though im not hungry? :S

1000 calories a day is ok. most diets you can buy will give you a 1200 calories a day so you could go up to that if you wanted to. just eat helathy, lots of veg and protein (dont want those muscles wasting away or lose any hair, thats mainly protein).
However if your BMI is healthy then you don't need to lose weight. You dont say how much you weigh or your height but i cant encourage weight loss if you are already an ideal weight.
