I think someone should create Super Caps Lock?

Like letters even bigger than Caps Lock, a third level of Caps Lock, so we could spell Justin Bieber accordingly and stuff like that. I'm sure He would be prowd. I mean HE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! would be proud. So far we could at least show JUSTIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BIEBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! some respect and refer to HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!! with all caps and many exclamation points. It's the best our shameful keyboard allows.
