It stands about 5 feet tall on canvas.. Neither of those two artists is famous. They're just run of the mill, decorative painters like thousands of others painting genre scenes that do not really raise any particular art issues. You also won't be able to learn anything about them even if they were famous, based on the name 'Carlo' and based on your description of the other painting. Both are far too commonplace.
